Account Usernames - Guild Wars Forums

This has been brought up MANY times, on MANY different forums, and Anet HAS to start listening to us: The fact that you can NOT change your username once you have linked with NCsoft support is a HUGE security flaw, and needs to be corrected. Had I known that once I connected to NCsoft with my account they would do this to me, I would have never done it.

Anet, please get NCsoft to fix this. At the very least, allow us to un-connect our accounts.

NCsoft/Anet do not have the right to lock me from changing my account login information, and this issue should be dealt with immediately, not months down the line, as it is prominent and imperative that we get this huge security flaw corrected as soon as possible.

It's not just about security tho. When if someone changed providers and no longer had the email used to log in? Are they just screwed then?

This is the Q&A forum - there was no question in this thread. If you have a problem with ANet/NCSoft's security, account, etc then you need to take it up with them.
